NewFixed- You can now hire us to configure your agent for you: kickoff call, instructions written from your own copy, channels connected and testing with you watching. Your dashboard shows where every hour went, not just how many are left.
- Monthly slots are limited and shown honestly: when a month sells out, the page says so instead of accepting an engagement we could not deliver on time.
- The public demo no longer invents prices. If your site does not publish them, the agent says so and offers to confirm, rather than risking a figure.
- If the address you give us belongs to an expired domain that is up for sale, we detect it and use a template for your sector, instead of building an agent that talks about the domain reseller.
The demo understands trades and installers
Improved- Plumbers, electricians, installers and builders now have their own script in the public demo, with the nuance of not quoting prices: in a trade every job is estimated after seeing it, and an agent that throws out figures over the phone loses you money.
WhatsApp broadcasts you can stop
NewImproved- You can now cancel a WhatsApp broadcast while it is being sent. The sending loop checks for cancellation between batches, so it takes effect in seconds rather than when it finishes.
- You can also delete broadcasts you never sent. One that already went out cannot be cancelled, because a delivered WhatsApp message does not come back, and the interface now explains that instead of failing.
- The pricing page finally states what makes us different: flat pricing in euros, every channel in the same plan and data hosted in the European Union.
A large release: account recovery, your branding in the widget and multi site
NewImprovedFixedSecurity- Cancelling an account no longer deletes it on the spot: it enters a 30 day grace period during which you can restore it from the dashboard itself. After that it is genuinely erased, as the GDPR requires.
- The chat widget applies your colours and logo when it runs on your own domain. It previously fell back to the default look precisely where it mattered most.
- Team invitations, partner invitations and appointment confirmations are genuinely sent. The API used to answer successfully without the email ever leaving.
- Multi site: you can assign agents, contacts and phone numbers to a specific location from the dashboard, and location scoping is enforced across some thirty API endpoints that previously only checked it on write.
- Voice and accent come from each agent’s own configuration, so two agents in the same account can sound different.
- The public voice demo stopped sending audio to a processor our privacy notice no longer declared. People trying the product without signing up do not hand their voice to a third party either.
- Billing shows the real prices for your plan, trial accounts are no longer blocked as though a payment had failed, changing your email address actually completes, and manual recording backups are stored in our European storage.
- We strengthened isolation between organisations across the API: one account’s data is not reachable from another, not even indirectly.
