EU data residency
All of your account data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany), in Tier III+ data centers with 24/7 physical security. This is intra-EEA processing that requires no international transfer mechanism. When an AI agent processes voice or text, the necessary data may be sent to subprocessors under GDPR safeguards; details are in the Privacy Policy.
Conversation and voice data
We process conversation histories (chat, WhatsApp, SMS, email, social) and voice data (recordings and transcripts) solely to provide the service you configure. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
