By accessing and using AgenteUno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgenteUno is a multi-channel artificial intelligence agent platform that enables businesses to automate customer service through web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and voice calls.

3. Registration and Accounts

  • You must provide truthful information and keep it updated
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password
  • A user may not have more than one account
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for legal purposes
  • Not use agents for spam, fraud, or harassment
  • Not attempt to access other users' data
  • Not reverse-engineer the service
  • Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Plans and Billing

  • Prices are displayed in USD and do not include applicable taxes
  • Billing is monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan
  • Unused credits do not roll over between periods
  • You can change plans or cancel at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

  • AgenteUno retains all rights to the platform and its technology
  • You retain ownership of your data, content, and agent configurations
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data in order to provide the service

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

  • You can cancel your account at any time from settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for download

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
