How much does AgenteUno cost?

We have 4 plans: Starter (€29/month, text only), Professional (€49/month, 600 voice min), Business (€99/month, 2,000 voice min) and Enterprise (€199/month, 6,000 voice min). All include 6 text channels. Voice from the Professional plan.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. You can start free with 50 conversations included. No credit card required. This way you can verify the value before committing to a plan.

What happens if I exceed my plan minutes?

Additional voice minutes cost €0.05/min. WhatsApp messages are €0.008 each, SMS €0.04 each. There are no service interruptions: your agent keeps working. You get alerts at 80% and 100% usage.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, with annual billing you save 2 months. That means you pay for 10 months instead of 12, with the same full service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AgenteUno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

AgenteUno is a multichannel artificial intelligence agent platform that enables businesses to automate customer service through web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, voice calls, email, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger.

4. Registration and Accounts

You must provide truthful information and keep it updated
You are responsible for the security of your account and password
A user may not have more than one account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
You must be at least 18 years old to register as an account holder

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the service only for legal purposes
Not use agents for spam, fraud, or harassment
Not attempt to access other users' data
Not reverse-engineer the service
Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Not use the service for activities that infringe third-party rights
Comply with data protection regulations regarding your end users' data

6. Plans and Billing

Prices are displayed in EUR (Spain/EU) or USD (other regions) and do not include applicable taxes (VAT)
Billing is monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan
Unused credits do not roll over between periods
You can change plans or cancel at any time
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1
We do not store bank card data on our servers

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Consumer Protection Law):

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from signing, without providing any reason
To exercise withdrawal, send an email to [email protected] stating your unequivocal wish to withdraw
Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method

Exception: Under Art. 103(a), the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service has been fully performed with the consumer's express consent.

8. Intellectual Property

AgenteUno retains all rights to the platform and its technology
You retain ownership of your data, content, and agent configurations
You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service
This license terminates when the contractual relationship ends

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
We commit to 99.5% monthly availability (excluding scheduled maintenance)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for the client's use of AI agents or the responses they generate

10. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. When the client acts as data controller of their end users' data, AgenteUno acts as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

11. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from settings
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with 15 days notice (except for serious breach)
After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for download, after which it will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Dispute Resolution

For consumers (B2C)

Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, you can access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the consumer's domicile jurisdiction where applicable.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify any material changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
