7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between AgenteUno and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the consumer's domicile jurisdiction under Article 52 of the Civil Procedure Act.
