The chat widget sets no cookies. Until 8 September 2026 it wrote a one-year device fingerprint cookie; that has been removed.
3.2 Analytics cookies (require consent)
These are only activated if you accept this category in the cookie banner. If you reject it, none of them are written and any existing one is deleted.

Cookieless product analytics: we use Plausible (self-hosted at analytics.codelabs.studio, EU), which measures visits and events in aggregate without installing any cookie or storing any identifier on your device. It is not in the table above because it is not a cookie, but loading it is still gated on your analytics consent, same as the other tools in this category: if you reject it, it never loads.
Basic error monitoring (no consent): Sentry's basic error capture runs under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure service security and stability, with sendDefaultPii: false (no personally identifiable data sent by default). Session Replay does require your consent and is included in this category.
3.3 Advertising and attribution cookies (require consent)
These are only activated if you accept the Advertising category in the cookie banner or in "Cookie settings". If you reject it, the pixel never loads: none of these cookies are written and any existing one is deleted immediately.

If you reject the Advertising category and arrive through a recommendation link (?ref=) or an invitation link (?invite=), neither partner_ref nor referral_invite is written and nothing is stored on your device: the code only travels in the address of the pages you visit and in the memory of the open page, and it is sent along with your signup or payment so the recommendation can be credited. If you accept the category later, the cookies are saved.
International data transfer: the Meta Pixel sends data to Meta Platforms, Inc., based in the United States. This transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which Meta incorporates into its data processing terms. You can review how Meta processes this information in its Data Policy and manage your own ad preferences at Meta Ad Settings.
Before September 29, 2026 this section said we did not use advertising cookies. That stopped being true once we activated the Meta Pixel for AgenteUno's dataset in the Business Manager: that is why this category is kept separate from analytics (section 3.2) instead of merged into it, and why it only loads with your explicit consent, never with analytics consent.
